Key Responsibilities- Operations Management
- Develop and implement efficient systems and procedures to manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, food preparation, and staff supervision.
- Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and other expenses to ensure profitability.
- Staff Supervision
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, dishwashers, and other support staff, to ensure they are meeting our high standards of quality and service.
- Provide coaching and feedback to staff to improve performance and address any issues or concerns.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that all necessary supplies are ordered and stocked in a timely manner.
- Monitor and control inventory costs to ensure profitability.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular reports on kitchen operations, including sales, inventory, and labor data.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes to operations.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
