Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist

As an Accounts Payable/Receivable Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing daily/weekly accounts payable invoices, verifying approvals, purchase orders, and coding expenses to the correct general ledger accounts.
- Reconciling and balancing intercompany accounts payable/receivable, collaborating with team members across various locations.
- Maintaining and reconciling sublet schedules and cash clearing accounts.
- Generating monthly accounts receivable statements for customers and ensuring accurate reconciliation of payments against outstanding balances.
- Providing weekly reports to the Controller on collection status and outstanding receivables.
- Processing monthly accounts payable cheque runs and reconciling them with supplier statements.
The ideal candidate possesses:
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
- Experience with Tekion and CDK is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
