Key Responsibilities:- Process and Verify Invoices: Review and verify invoice headers, coding, and approval limits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage Payment Requests: Process manual payment requests and ensure timely payment to vendors.
- Financial Data Management: Verify and manage corporate credit cards, vendor accounts, and accounts payable sub-ledger for specific vendors.
- Research and Resolve Discrepancies: Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and correspond with vendors to resolve issues.
- Vendor Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor information and ensure compliance with payment terms.
- 3+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in accounts payable and financial transaction processing.
- Qbyte FM and Open Invoice: Proficiency in Qbyte FM and Open Invoice software is an asset.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions and data management.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
