About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 10168477 Manitoba Ltd. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute special events, including buffets and banquets, to ensure seamless execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Determine food portion sizes and costs to maintain profitability and quality standards.
  • Procure and manage food and kitchen supplies to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize waste.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Train and develop kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Order and manage kitchen equipment and supplies to maintain optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Supervise and lead kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to inform purchasing decisions and optimize kitchen operations.
  • Organize and execute buffets and banquets to meet the highest standards of quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and exceptional customer service.Work Environment and Physical Demands
    • Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
