We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Carl's Jr. as a Head Cook and Kitchen Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the high standards of our customers, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to perfection.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers, to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
