Position Overview

The Administration Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office at CHANG XIN CONSTRUCTION. This position requires a blend of organizational skills and leadership abilities to effectively manage administrative tasks.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and assign tasks to office support personnel
  • Set work priorities and ensure adherence to established procedures and timelines
  • Execute administrative functions of the organization
  • Assist in formulating the operational budget while maintaining oversight of inventory and financial controls
  • Compile data and generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Conduct monitoring and evaluation activities
  • Support the development of engineering specifications and technical drawings
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a commitment of 30 to 40 hours per week. The primary language of communication will be English.
