Office Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Ontario Ltd. As an Office Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating seminars and conferences and ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place.
- Recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Establishing office procedures and routines to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments and ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
- Providing exceptional customer service by answering telephone calls and relaying messages.
- Compiling data and statistics as required, and maintaining accurate records.
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory to ensure a well-stocked office environment.
- Setting up and maintaining manual and computerized filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
- Type and proofread correspondence and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Flexibility and reliability with a strong attention to detail.
