Job Summary

BGC Engineering Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Documentation Specialist/Office Administrator to support our team in Toronto. This office-based role will be responsible for document preparation, proofreading, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Preparation: Formats documents according to company templates, proofreads, and quality checks for content and accuracy.
  • Administrative Support: Assists with front desk duties, coordinates visitors and vendors, and supports staff queries.
  • Office Organization: Maintains office organization, inventory, and supplies, and coordinates office functions such as catering and travel logistics.
Requirements
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, including Word, Share Point, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Proficient with Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience in applying existing standards and styles to new documents with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to pivot with changing priorities to meet deadlines.
