Their client-centric approach focuses on deeply understanding and strategically advising clients with tailored, partner-level service.

In the role of Senior Manager, you will be tasked with business development, team leadership, and collaborating closely with the Partners to strategize, plan, and implement client and firm objectives. Senior Managers deliver public accounting, assurance, tax, and advisory services, emphasizing the establishment of trusting, long-term relationships and offering proactive management advice grounded in their expertise in accounting and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor of Commerce or BBA in Accounting, alongside a CPA designation, with a minimum of 5-7 years of post-designation experience. You should have a solid background in completing Review Engagements and Compilation Engagements, as well as a strong proficiency in ASPE and Financial Statement disclosures. The successful candidate will exhibit outstanding communication, organizational, and analytical abilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Additionally, the Senior Manager will be expected to provide clear, committed, and effective mentorship to empower their team, fostering both individual and organizational success. Completion of, or a desire to complete, the CPA In-Depth Tax Program is considered an asset.
