In the role of Senior Manager, you will be tasked with driving business growth, leading a dedicated team, and collaborating closely with the Partners to strategize, plan, and deliver on client and firm objectives. Senior Managers are responsible for offering public accounting, assurance, tax, and advisory services, with a strong emphasis on cultivating long-lasting relationships and delivering proactive management advice grounded in their expertise in accounting and financial reporting.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor of Commerce or BBA in Accounting, along with a CPA designation and a minimum of 5-7 years of post-designation experience. You should have a proven track record in completing Review Engagements and Compilation Engagements, as well as a solid understanding of ASPE and Financial Statement disclosures. The successful candidate will exhibit outstanding communication, organizational, and analytical abilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Furthermore, the Senior Manager will be expected to provide clear, committed, and effective mentorship to empower their team and support the achievement of both individual and organizational objectives. Completion of, or a desire to complete, the CPA In-Depth Tax Program is a valuable asset.
