Position Overview
As the Head of Channel Partnerships at Navigator - Powered By LifeRaft, you will be instrumental in forging and nurturing strategic alliances that enhance our market footprint and drive growth. Your expertise in cultivating channel relationships will be essential in identifying, developing, and managing key partnerships with technology collaborators, resellers, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize strategic partnerships to broaden the company's market reach and influence.
  • Facilitate revenue growth through collaborative sales initiatives, leveraging partner networks to expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment of mutual goals.
  • Design and implement partner enablement programs, providing necessary training and resources to empower partners in effectively selling and supporting our solutions.
  • Collaborate with various teams to create and execute go-to-market strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Work alongside marketing teams to develop joint campaigns that generate demand and promote partner-driven sales.
  • Monitor partner performance, analyze key metrics, and provide insights to optimize partnership strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to continuously refine partnership approaches.
  • Lead negotiations and establish partnership agreements that are beneficial for all parties involved.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that partner strategies align with overall business goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • At least 8 years of experience in channel partnerships, ideally within the SaaS sector.
  • Demonstrated success in managing channel programs and driving revenue through strategic partnerships.
  • Experience in negotiating partnership agreements with a focus on achieving favorable terms.
  • Familiarity with the OSINT landscape and SaaS business models is advantageous.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex conversations.
  • Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Adaptability to changing business needs and industry trends.
  • A curious, tenacious, and positive mindset.
