Utilizing your skills in channel partnership development, you will spearhead the discovery, cultivation, and oversight of essential collaborations with technology partners, resellers, and distributors.
Your deep understanding of the OSINT domain, combined with a successful history of establishing fruitful partnerships, will enable you to work collaboratively across departments to formulate and implement partnership strategies that drive revenue, elevate market share, and improve customer satisfaction. This role offers a unique chance to influence the trajectory of LifeRaft's ecosystem and reinforce our status as a frontrunner in OSINT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize strategic partnerships and alliances with technology partners, resellers, and distributors to broaden the company's market reach.
- Foster revenue growth through partner-driven sales initiatives, leveraging partner networks to expand the customer base.
- Build and sustain robust relationships with key partners, acting as the main liaison and ensuring alignment of objectives.
- Design and execute partner enablement programs, including training and resources, to equip partners for effective sales and support of our solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement go-to-market strategies for partner initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Work alongside marketing teams to develop joint marketing campaigns and materials that drive demand and support partner sales efforts.
- Monitor partner performance, analyze key metrics, and provide insights to optimize partnership strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities in the OSINT and SaaS sectors, integrating insights into partnership strategies for ongoing enhancement.
- Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring terms that are advantageous for both parties.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and other teams to align partner strategies with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
- At least 8 years of experience in channel and alliances partnerships, ideally within the SaaS sector.
- Demonstrated success in developing and managing channel and alliances programs that drive revenue and expand market presence.
- Experience in negotiating partnership agreements with a focus on mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Familiarity with the OSINT landscape and SaaS business models is a plus.
- Strong emotional intelligence and self-awareness, facilitating effective communication with stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess data and inform strategic decisions.
- Adaptability to shifting priorities and market dynamics.
