Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize strategic partnerships with technology partners, resellers, and distributors to broaden the company's market reach.
- Enhance revenue growth through partner-driven sales initiatives, leveraging partner networks to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key partners, acting as the primary liaison to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Design and implement partner enablement programs, providing training and resources to empower partners in selling and supporting our solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute go-to-market strategies for partner initiatives, aligning with company goals.
- Work alongside marketing teams to develop joint marketing campaigns and materials that drive demand and promote partner sales.
- Monitor partner performance, analyze key metrics, and provide insights to optimize partnership strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics related to OSINT and SaaS solutions, integrating insights into partnership strategies.
- Lead negotiations and manage partnership agreements, ensuring terms that are beneficial for both parties.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, product, and other teams to align partner strategies with overall business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- At least 8 years of experience in channel and alliances partnerships, preferably within the SaaS sector.
- Demonstrated success in managing channel programs and driving revenue through strategic partnerships.
- Experience in negotiating partnership agreements with a focus on mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Familiarity with the OSINT landscape and SaaS business models is advantageous.
- Strong emotional intelligence and self-awareness to facilitate challenging discussions with stakeholders.
- Analytical skills to assess data, track metrics, and derive actionable insights.
- Adaptability to changing business needs and industry trends.
