Position Overview

Growth Marketing Specialist

As a Growth Marketing Specialist at Wealthsimple, you will take charge of crafting and implementing strategies for lead generation initiatives. A robust background in utilizing various paid digital channels to foster growth is essential. Our ideal candidate embraces teamwork, innovation, and ongoing enhancement while adopting a data-centric approach to assess and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.

  • Lead the growth marketing strategy and prioritize key opportunities.
  • Discover and execute novel methods for generating high-quality leads.
  • Establish benchmarks for evaluation and scrutinize lead generation outcomes.
  • Assist the creative team with brainstorming and concept formulation.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to effectively engage target demographics.
  • Remain informed about trends and advancements in the digital marketing landscape.

We seek a candidate who:

  • Possesses over 5 years of experience in growth marketing and lead generation.
  • Is proficient in diverse lead generation strategies across multiple channels.
  • Has a technical foundation in App Marketing and Paid Digital Advertising.
  • Enjoys testing new marketing strategies.
  • Exhibits strong analytical skills and comfort with data interpretation.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication abilities.
