Position Overview:

The Marketing Specialist for Growth and Acquisitions will be instrumental in addressing the marketing requirements and funnel integration of our newly acquired hearing healthcare clinics into the Connect Hearing brand. The ideal candidate will take charge of the strategic planning, development, and implementation of a holistic marketing strategy aimed at enhancing and expanding our newly integrated businesses. This role requires building robust collaborative relationships with both internal marketing teams and cross-functional departments, as well as with external partner agencies. This position offers a remarkable opportunity for professional growth while contributing to a comprehensive marketing strategy within the hearing healthcare sector.

The Marketing Specialist for Growth and Acquisitions is a full-time hybrid role, requiring in-office presence one day a week and clinic visits on another day, based in the Greater Toronto Area.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary duties include but are not limited to:

Act as the Marketing department representative on the Acquisition project committee, providing guidance on the transition of marketing assets and essential brand positioning. Collaborate with new clinic ownership stakeholders to ensure continuous lead generation during the rebranding process and beyond. Work alongside other departments as necessary on marketing-driven initiatives. Plan, execute, and evaluate all marketing campaigns within the newly acquired clinic markets. Responsible for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the marketing funnel, including lead generation, appointment scheduling, attendance, and lead quality. Manage event logistics, ensuring local teams have the necessary tools and promotional support for various community engagement activities. Partner with other marketing team members to support mergers and acquisitions integration initiatives across all channels, including digital, local, existing clients, and product partnerships. Oversee all external agency collaborations related to mergers and acquisitions initiatives. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure a seamless rebranding transition into Connect Hearing's national network.

Position Requirements:

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing. A minimum of 2 years of professional experience, preferably with agency or lead generation exposure. Strong business acumen, adaptability to changing circumstances, and Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Proven experience in managing change, navigating diverse stakeholder perspectives, driving consensus, and influencing decision-making. Ability to inspire and collaborate positively within a dynamic team environment. Project management skills, with the capability to oversee multiple projects on schedule and within budget. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; experience with Hubspot and CRM systems is an asset. Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time across Canada. Bilingualism (French) is an asset. A valid driver's license.
