Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Paid Growth Specialist to collaborate closely with our leadership team in enhancing our user acquisition strategy. This role will encompass managing various paid marketing channels, including paid search, display advertising, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ad Management: Oversee our monthly advertising expenditures across platforms such as Google, Facebook, and Instagram, aiming for cost-effective scaling.
  • Testing and Optimization: Establish a consistent feedback loop to test, measure, and learn from creative strategies to enhance ad performance.
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop growth dashboards in collaboration with the team to track budgets, campaign effectiveness, ROI, and other essential metrics.
  • Strategic Execution: Identify and implement high-impact changes in targeting, creative content, user experience, and algorithmic adjustments.
Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in managing paid marketing channels, particularly in search and social media.
  • Demonstrated success in increasing conversion rates while adhering to customer acquisition cost targets.
  • Proven expertise in performance marketing with valuable insights gained from previous roles.
