Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Acme Precision Products Limited. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
    • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and effective
    • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Office Management
    • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
    • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
    • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Personal Suitability
    • Demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organization, time management, and adaptability
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 30 to 40 hours of work per week
