Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions Attorney to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our corporate law practice, you will be responsible for advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and fiduciary duty related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, negotiate, and edit asset purchase, stock purchase, and ancillary agreements in connection with the sale of a company.
- Maintain working knowledge of market terms in small and middle market mergers and acquisitions.
- Advise companies regarding corporate governance and fiduciary duty related matters.
- Attract and maintain great relationships with emerging company clients.
Requirements:
- Must be in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
