Job Title: Transportation Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team at ExFlex Transport. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation of goods and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation of transportation logistics
  • Prepare and submit reports on transportation activities and performance
  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery used in transportation operations
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed in a timely manner
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
  • Recruit and hire staff as needed to support transportation operations
  • Train workers in duties and policies related to transportation logistics
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure timely and efficient transportation operations
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in transportation logistics or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Windows
