Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Community Mental Health Worker 1 to join our Mental Health team at the Interior Health Authority. This is a relief full-time position that will provide life skills and general support services to clients living in their own housing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide services within a psychosocial rehabilitation and harm reduction framework for clients with severe mental illnesses and/or substance use disorders.
  • Support clients in developing and maintaining skills required to live successfully in their own homes.
  • Engage clients in various community settings as meaningful collaborators in their own service planning, delivery, and evaluation.
