### Job Title: Community Mental Health Worker 1

### Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Community Mental Health Worker 1 to join our Mental Health team at the Salmon Arm Health Centre in Salmon Arm, B.C. This relief full-time position is available until the return of the incumbent.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Provide life skills and general support duties to clients living in their own housing
* Work within a psychosocial rehabilitation and harm reduction framework for clients with severe mental illnesses and/or substance use disorders
* Support clients in developing and maintaining skills required to live successfully in their own homes
* Engage clients in various community settings as people with full potential and as meaningful collaborators in their own service planning, delivery, and evaluation

### Salary Range:

The pay scale for this position is $27.92 to $29.60 per hour, effective April 1, 2024.

### Work Schedule:

Shifts are from 08:30 to 16:30, 13:00 to 21:00 hours, with days and evenings available.
