As a key member of our interdisciplinary team at the Salmon Arm Health Centre, you will play a pivotal role in implementing our established Home Health and Community Care Rehabilitation Programs.

Working within a client-centered framework, you will be responsible for supporting adults with physical disabilities, assisting with activities of daily living, and implementing group and individual programs in clients' homes and community sites.

Your duties will focus on enabling clients to maximize their functional ability, remain at home, and engage in meaningful activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work at the top of your scope to provide high-quality care.
  • Engage clients through regular therapeutic interventions.
  • Contribute to the progression of client needs and their rehabilitation journey.
  • Collaborate as an integral member of the rehabilitation team.
  • Act as the eyes and ears of the rehabilitation team.
