Job Title: Business Solutions Consultant

At Toronto Hydro, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Care and Revenue Services group, you will play a critical role in identifying and implementing effective customer-focused solutions to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of initiatives to enhance business operations and improve customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the Information Technology team to ensure system solutions meet divisional requirements.
  • Design, implement, and manage systems related to customer operations and experience.
  • Develop system configurations, business rules, and coding logic to meet business requirements.
  • Work as an application subject matter expert to assist with quality assurance and develop test strategies.
  • Develop ad-hoc reports and data queries to identify issues and improve processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments and vendors to ensure key performance indicators and strategic objectives are met.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Five years of experience with business process redesign, analysis, and implementation.
  • Progressive experience in business project implementation.
  • Three years of experience with business systems analysis or similar function.
  • Three years of experience in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.

Toronto Hydro offers a Hybrid Work Arrangement, allowing for remote work up to three days per week. Employees are expected to live in Ontario and within reasonable commuting distance of the office.
