Position Overview

ROSS is a leading global professional services firm dedicated to providing exceptional solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking a skilled Business Solutions Consultant to leverage their expertise in PeopleSoft 8.x functionalities and drive successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer strategic input and guidance on PeopleSoft configurations and business processes to our clients.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues by understanding their unique business requirements and project objectives.
  • Proactively identify potential challenges and implement effective resolutions to ensure project completion within budget and to the highest standards.
  • Engage in the development of methodologies and protocols for implementation projects.
  • Contribute to project planning and provide regular status updates.
  • Conduct thorough functional analyses using proficient interviewing techniques to propose viable solutions.
  • Facilitate effective knowledge transfer to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor's degree or diploma in Education, Administration, or Business.
  • A proven track record of success in a professional environment, demonstrating a results-oriented and self-motivated approach.
  • Strong teamwork capabilities with established leadership and team-building skills, complemented by a positive demeanor.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in HR (Human Resources), HCM (Human Capital Management), and/or Payroll.
  • Prior consulting experience is highly valued.
