- Recommend solutions to help customers adopt complex business features and identify potential risks or gaps.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide status updates and insights learned during discovery with the customer.
- Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams, including Product Management, Technical, and Category Management teams.
- Collaborate and influence key internal Amazon stakeholders to drive the evolution of Amazon Business platforms and technologies.
The Solution Consulting team sits within the Amazon Business Professional Services (ProServe) organization, which aims to accelerate our customers' success, adoption, and spend. We accomplish this by guiding their journey with tools and services while building their confidence with insights and trusted resources.
Requirements- 5+ years of services delivery, presales/solution architecture, and/or sales experience.
- BA/BS degree.
- Ability to converse with senior customer stakeholders.
- Active listener and effective communicator.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet competing deadlines.
- Knowledge of procurement and source to pay processes and solutions.
- Experience in B2B file transfers of data files in EDI, cXML through HTTPS, sFTP or AS2.
