Business Solutions Consultant

Broadridge Financial Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a Business Solutions Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their business objectives by providing expert guidance and support.
Key Responsibilities- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their business needs are met.
- Business Requirements: Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into future-state processes, supporting the development of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
- Quality Assurance: Support clients' Quality Assurance testing initiatives, ensuring that their business processes meet the required standards.
- Documentation and Analysis: Document and analyze business processes, providing insights and recommendations to clients to improve their operations.
- Project Management: Shepherd clients' business requirements throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
- Technical Expertise: Possess strong familiarity with technical integration patterns, Broadridge's API definitions, and business usage.
- Communication: Lead System Requirement Document (SRD) walkthroughs with clients, Broadridge's architecture and development teams, and facilitate knowledge sharing, training sessions, and sales support.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Provide business Subject Matter Expertise (SME) to clients and potential stakeholders, supporting their business needs and objectives.
- Implementation and Support: Support clients during software configuration, implementation, and post-implementation Business-as-Usual (BAU) support.
- Travel: Travel may be required to client locations to provide on-site support and guidance.
- Education: Hold a College Diploma or University Degree in a Business and/or Computer/Software related discipline.
- Experience: Possess 5+ years of experience in a business analyst or business subject matter expert role, with a strong background in the financial services sector.
- Skills: Demonstrate expertise in financial industry knowledge, including regulators and regulations, as well as project management methodologies and SDLC.
