About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Consultant to join our team at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. As a Business Solutions Consultant, you will play a key role in designing and implementing strategic solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex projects to design and implement strategic solutions aligned to our enterprise architecture roadmap.
  • Support end-to-end client and vendor support as a subject matter expert in both business and technology.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team to create and set up flexible, innovative solutions that deliver a best-in-class client experience.
  • Work closely with business partners to gather complicated business requirements and facilitate solution design discussions.
  • Assemble client-focused solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Prepare and validate solution design documents around areas such as scope clarification, solution requirements, and quality assurance.
  • Support end-to-end project implementation as a subject matter expert, and provide guidance to a diverse team of technology and project professionals.
  • Maintain a collaborative work environment and support team members to resolve organizational, operational, and process problems.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in Client Data Management Applications, ideally Fenergo.
  • Experience with SQL queries, BI tools, and documentation.
  • Experience with workflow collaboration tools like Jira, test and project management tools.
  • Degree/diploma in Computer Science, Business, and/or a related field.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, and application and/or architecture development is an asset.
