About the Role:

The Amazon Business Solutions Consulting team is dedicated to understanding our customers' source to pay processes and systems to blueprint solutions that make it easier to buy on Amazon Business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain a deep understanding of our customers' source to pay processes and systems to ensure we can provide a viable solution that meets their goals with Amazon Business
  • Recommend solutions to help customers adopt complex business features
  • Identify potential risks / gaps and propose potential workarounds
  • Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams including Product Management, Technical, and Category Management teams

About the Team:

The Solution Consulting team sits within the Amazon Business Professional Services (ProServe) organization. Our mission is to accelerate our customers' success, adoption, and spend. We accomplish this by guiding their journey with tools and services while building their confidence with insights and trusted resources.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience
  • Experience translating customer needs into business requirements
  • Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments
  • Knowledge of procurement, procure to pay (P2P), and source to pay methods at enterprise businesses
  • 2+ years of B2B implementation or services delivery experience
