Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement office procedures and routines to optimize workflow
  • Manage scheduling and confirmation of appointments
  • Handle incoming calls and relay messages effectively
  • Organize and maintain both manual and digital filing systems
  • Compose and edit correspondence, forms, and various documents
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
