Position Overview:
Our client, a prominent organization in the industry, is seeking an Executive/Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the President & CEO. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient operations and effective time management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the President & CEO's calendar, manage expense reports, and handle correspondence.
  2. Filter and redirect emails, responding on behalf of the President & CEO when necessary.
  3. Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and make necessary arrangements, including attending meetings, documenting minutes, and following up on action items.
  4. Monitor and prioritize objectives, comprehend organizational functions, and maintain organized files.
  5. Coordinate personal appointments, reservations, and event planning.
  6. Compile monthly financial reports for a holding entity.
  7. Arrange all business travel, including transportation and accommodations, and modify travel plans as required.
  8. Provide general administrative support and assist team members with overflow tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

  1. Over 10 years of administrative experience, particularly as an Executive Assistant to a C-suite executive.
  2. Strong business acumen and a commitment to confidentiality.
  3. Exceptional written communication skills, with a proven ability to produce clear, professional, and precise documentation.
  4. A post-secondary degree in business administration is advantageous.
  5. Experience in marketing and written communications is beneficial.
  6. Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to work autonomously, manage confidential information, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
