Job Title: Client Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Support Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, performing administrative tasks efficiently, and providing support to your team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist regional staff with administrative functions, such as document production and processing, report preparation, and data entry.
  • Maintain business relationships with external organizations and promote BDC's financing services with influencers and prospects.
  • Prepare letters and proposals, as well as contracts, to clients and professionals, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives by organizing events, campaigns, and activities, and providing on-site logistical support.
  • Exercise analytical skills to develop the portfolio and uncover financing opportunities that meet clients' needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Experience in customer service, with a proven track record of initiative, listening, and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize effectively, meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Ability to adapt to different situations and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal; French is considered an asset.
