Key Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding: Welcome clients to our branch and direct them to the appropriate resource person.
  • Customer Service: Provide top-quality customer service to clients in person, via phone, and through email.
  • Office Management: Ensure that all common areas for the team and clients are welcoming and professional.
  • Scheduling: Organize and manage conference room schedules for clients.
  • Event Coordination: Help coordinate events and conferences with internal and external partners.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various daily administrative activities, such as mail distribution, filing, and supply ordering.
