We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Operations Support Coordinator to join our team at First Nations Bank of Canada. As an Operations Support Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the Operations Department and assist with managing the front desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Operations Support team with day-to-day administrative activities, including mail merges and inventory management.
- Provide high-quality customer support to our clients.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operations.
- Complete other general administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Office Administration Certificate.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in banking.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant is an asset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat.
