Job Summary

UB PERSONNEL INC. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and efficient communication with staff and stakeholders.
  • Communication and Reception: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Experience and Education: While experience is an asset, we welcome candidates with a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and a strong desire to learn and grow with our team.
  • Language and Work Environment: Fluency in English is required, and you will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced office environment with a 35-hour workweek.
