About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Crusaders Cargo Carriers. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services across our network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Compile and prioritize orders received from customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Operational Planning: Develop and implement specific plans to optimize logistics operations, including task allocation and resource management.
  • Task Organization: Organize and coordinate tasks to achieve operational objectives, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruptions.
  • Logistics Oversight: Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Work Order Management: Track and complete work orders, ensuring timely completion and accurate reporting.
  • Inter-Departmental Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports, maintaining accurate work records and logs.
  • Progress Monitoring: Prepare and maintain progress reports, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Work Assignment and Review: Coordinate, assign, and review work tasks, ensuring optimal resource allocation and productivity.
  • Dispatch and Follow-up: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, following up on issues and resolving conflicts.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Information Processing: Process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment.
