Position Overview

The Transportation Logistics Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of logistics within CRUSADERS CARGO CARRIERS. This position involves a variety of responsibilities that are essential for maintaining efficient supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Compile and process orders and instructions received from clients.
  • Planning: Develop and implement specific plans to prioritize logistics tasks effectively.
  • Task Organization: Organize and manage tasks to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee the logistics operations of the organization to ensure efficiency.
  • Logistics Coordination: Plan and coordinate the operational logistics of the organization.
  • Work Order Tracking: Monitor and complete work orders in a timely manner.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on logistics activities.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate work records and logs.
  • Progress Reporting: Prepare and maintain progress reports and other necessary documentation.
  • Work Assignment: Coordinate, assign, and review work for team members.
  • Personnel Dispatch: Dispatch personnel according to established schedules and work orders.
  • Issue Resolution: Follow up on any issues related to work orders.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Possess knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices.
  • Information Processing: Process and transmit information to coordinate activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in logistics coordination.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
