  • Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date work records and logs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Progress Reporting: Prepare and maintain progress reports, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Work Assignment and Review: Coordinate, assign, and review work tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Dispatch and Follow-up: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, and follow up on issues related to work orders.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Possess knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices.
  • Dispatching and Communication: Process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours per week work schedule.
