Position Overview

The Transportation Logistics Coordinator at CRUSADERS CARGO CARRIERS plays a crucial role in managing the flow of goods and ensuring efficient transportation operations.

Education Requirements
  • Completion of a relevant trades certificate or diploma is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and manage orders and directives received from clients.
  • Formulate detailed plans to prioritize logistics tasks effectively.
  • Organize and delegate tasks to ensure timely completion of operations.
  • Oversee the logistical operations within the organization.
  • Plan and coordinate the operational logistics to optimize efficiency.
  • Monitor and finalize work orders to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on logistics activities.
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs for operational transparency.
  • Generate and manage progress reports and other relevant documentation.
  • Assign, review, and coordinate work among team members.
  • Dispatch personnel in accordance with established schedules and work orders.
  • Address and follow up on any issues related to work orders.
  • Possess knowledge of cross-border dispatch regulations and practices.
  • Process and relay information and instructions to coordinate vehicle operators and crews using dispatch equipment.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Employment Type: Permanent.
  • Working Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
