About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client service to Indigenous clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement strategies to increase Indigenous client engagement and retention.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve client outcomes.
- Participate in marketing and outreach activities to promote CIBC's services to Indigenous communities.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with Indigenous clients and community leaders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Knowledge of Indigenous cultures and communities, with a commitment to cultural sensitivity and awareness.
