As the Manager of Data and Analytics, you will be the principal authority on data management and analytics within the organization. Reporting directly to the Director of Strategic Policy & Planning, your responsibilities will include the collection, organization, and safeguarding of data from both internal and external qualitative and quantitative sources. You will conduct thorough data analyses, create insightful visualizations, and ensure the accuracy of academic reports submitted to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective information systems for the acquisition and analysis of competitive, strategic, and academic data.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Oversee the management of data analytics tools and methodologies.

Qualifications:
Education:
  • A university degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Economics, or Business Administration is essential.
  • A Master's degree is preferred.

Experience:
  • A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in academic program administration, focusing on statistical data collection and analysis.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and reporting techniques.
  • At least three (3) years of managerial experience, demonstrating leadership and collaboration with senior administrators.
