- Process Optimization: Gain a deep understanding of our customers' source-to-pay processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and provide tailored solutions.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative procurement and sourcing solutions that meet our customers' needs.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with sales teams to provide status updates and insights learned during customer discovery, and relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams.
- Change Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to influence key decisions and drive change management initiatives.
The Amazon Business Professional Services team is dedicated to accelerating our customers' success, adoption, and spend. We achieve this by guiding their journey with tools and services while building their confidence with insights and trusted resources.
Requirements- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of sales or marketing work (e.g., e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2+ years of B2B implementation or services delivery experience, with a proven track record of managing and troubleshooting data integration projects.
- Skills: Experience translating customer needs into business requirements, positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments, and knowledge of procurement, procure-to-pay (P2P), and source-to-pay methods at enterprise businesses.
