- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety and sanitation standards, to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field, such as hospitality or business administration.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
