Restaurant Operations Manager

Narita Sushi Japanese Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Budgeting and Financial Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to ensure profitability, develop and implement cost-saving measures, and monitor revenues to determine labor costs.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff, monitor performance, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure that all necessary supplies are available.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, resolve any issues that may arise, and maintain a positive reputation for the restaurant.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, and promote the restaurant through social media and other channels.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
