Restaurant Manager Job Description

Narita Sushi Japanese Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall success of our restaurant, including financial management, staff supervision, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits, develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies, and modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget.
  • Staff Supervision: Monitor staff performance, plan and organize daily operations, set staff work schedules, and determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, and participate in marketing plans and implementation.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
