Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Golden Parrots Pub & Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to ensure profitability and make informed decisions about menu pricing, inventory, and labor costs.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 staff members, including kitchen staff, servers, and bartenders, to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service and meeting our high standards.
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menu plans that are aligned with our restaurant's concept and target market, and that meet the needs and preferences of our customers.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our restaurant and attract new customers.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
