Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Two Bee's Security Ltd. As a Security Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities- Maintenance and Repair Coordination: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
- Emergency Response: Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Staff Supervision and Coordination: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Training and Development: Train security staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
- Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure that security operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Security Clearance: Ensure that all security personnel have the necessary basic security clearance.
- Personal Suitability: Demonstrate strong judgment, organization, reliability, and other essential skills and qualities.
- Cultural Competency and Diversity Training: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers, refugees, youth, and Indigenous people.
- Work Environment: Ensure that the work environment is safe, secure, and respectful for all employees.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
