Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at QProVibe Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department and supporting our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support our team's goals.
  • HR Support: Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet our organization's objectives.
  • Communication: Coordinate the flow of information within the team and ensure that all stakeholders are informed.
  • Staff Management: Direct staff and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Office Administration: Open and distribute mail, record and prepare minutes of meetings, and oversee the classification and rating of occupations.
  • Training and Development: Manage training and development strategies and oversee the analysis of employee data and information.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration and work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Work Environment: Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury.
  • Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours per week
