- Facilitate message sending and receiving.
- Perform basic bookkeeping and financial tasks.
- Prepare invoices and manage bank deposits.
- Photocopy and organize documents for distribution and filing.
- Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Label, file, and retrieve documents as needed.
- Locate and remove requested files promptly.
- Assist in preparing and monitoring contracts and budgets.
- Attention to detail is crucial.
- Ability to work independently is essential.
- Must be able to handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- Strong oral communication skills.
- Punctuality and reliability are important.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Previous experience ranging from 1 to less than 7 months is preferred.
- This is a permanent position.
- Work language is English.
- Standard working hours are 32 hours per week.
