Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes.
- Conduct inspections of kitchens and food service areas to maintain hygiene standards.
- Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handling practices.
- Manage inventory by ordering necessary supplies and equipment.
- Supervise kitchen personnel and assist them in their duties.
- Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen and work areas.
- Oversee overall kitchen operations to ensure efficiency.
A valid Safe Food Handling certificate is required for this position.
ExperienceApplicants should have between 1 to 7 months of relevant experience in a similar role.
