About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Executive to join our team at Visaforyou Inc. as an Executive Vice President - Manufacturing and Logistics. This is a senior leadership position that requires a strong background in goods production, utilities, and construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the manufacturing and logistics teams, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximum return on investment.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring effective management and control.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and vision.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Team Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate the necessary authority to them, and create optimum working conditions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in goods production, utilities, and construction.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Various locations, including outside Canada, with a willingness to relocate.
  • Relocation Costs: Relocation costs not covered by the employer.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, and a large workload.
